Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist is the seventh game in the Tom Clancy series produced by Ubisoft and is a third person action adventure game comes with multiplayer and co-op.

After the events of Splinter Cell: Conviction, Third Echelon President Patricia Caldwell dissolve to establish Fourth Echelon, an organization composed of agents who have worked in different U.S. agencies. Sam Fisher is the commander of this agency. While Fourth Echelon agents deal with reminiscences of their predecessors, a group of 12 extremists The Blacklist initiates a countdown that unfolds as important terrorist activates USA.

Unlike previous titles, Splinter Cell: Blacklist will implement a new mechanics which is called "killing in motion". Sam Fisher will be able to mark and execute enemies while running. The game is slated for release in spring 2013
